A 16-year-old boy will appear at the Old Bailey today accused of murdering a pensioner during the London riots.

A 16-YEAR-OLD boy was yesterday ordered to stand trial for the murder of a pensioner who confronted rioters in London as British judges and prosecutors used tough punishment and name-and- shame tactics against hundreds of participants in the mayhem.
