An armed man sprayed a Jewish centre with bullets, killing a woman and injuring at least five others before he was arrested.

A gunman opened fire today in a rental home occupied by 20 young partygoers, killing six and critically injuring at least one other before committing suicide when confronted by police outside.

At least six people were killed in a shooting at a home early today, police said.
