An inquest will take place in England today into the death of 13-month-old Archie-Lee Hirst who was mauled to death by his grandparents' rottweiler dog.

A neighbour of a couple whose rottweiler mauled their 13-month-old baby grandson to death said today the attack was an accident “waiting to happen”.
