A known sex offender is expected to face charges today after authorities who responded to a report of a foul odour found the bodies of three women in a low-income Ohio neighbourhood.

A police chief in a Cleveland suburb said he believes there could be one or two more victims in addition to three bodies found earlier yesterday.
