A 14-year-old boy who suffered a shoulder injury at birth has settled his High Court action for €400,000.

“FIVE years of hell” for a mother left with rotting pieces of her dead foetus inside her ended yesterday when the High Court found her consultant negligent, and awarding her €100,000 in damages.
