Dracula's castle will have overnight guests on Halloween, marking the first time since 1948 that anyone has slept in the Transylvanian fortress.

ENGLAND: A set of 150-year-old gargoyles have had their girth broadened to ward off the effects of ageing.

The Habsburg family today said it wanted to sell a Transylvanian castle famous for its connections to the 15th century medieval ruler who inspired Dracula for €59.6m, to the local authorities, an attorney said.
