An inspired performance by Sligo’s Chris O’Donnell helped Ireland maintain their place in the First League of the European Team Championships in Sandnes, Norway over the weekend.

Twins featured strongly at yesterday’s Woodie’s DIY National Junior & Under 23 Track & Field Championships in Tullamore, with the Monaghans and Nevilles sharing four medals between them.
