A Dublin-born soldier killed while serving with the British army in Iraq was posthumously honoured tonight for his role in the war.

The mother of a Dublin-born soldier who died while serving in Iraq with the British army's Irish Guards used a St Patrick’s Day visit to the regiment in South Armagh by Princess Anne to condemn the war.

THE body of the Irish soldier killed in Iraq with the British Army, Lance Corporal Ian Keith Malone, was flown back along with six other bodies to a British air base yesterday.
