Baby Gammy’s biological father is trying to access charity money raised for the Down syndrome boy’s medical costs.

The surrogate mother raising baby Gammy after he was allegedly abandoned in Thailand by his Australian parents will get a new home and receive about $530 (€420) a month to care for him.
