French police are investigating the death of a 14-year-old Spanish girl who lost consciousness while riding a roller coaster at Disneyland Paris.

Euro Disney plans to sell new stock and debt as part of an agreement with Walt Disney Co and creditors to avert default on $2.9 billion of borrowings, the second bailout in a decade for Europe’s largest theme-park company.
