A coroner has called for warning signs to be erected at a notorious bend on the main road between Killarney and Tralee where three people died in two separate accidents in “exactly the same place.”

A CORONER presiding at an inquest into the deaths of two young men in an horrific car crash in Co Kerry yesterday called for a change in the law and the possible introduction of speed limiters for young drivers.

A WITNESS yesterday described the scene of a fatal car crash, in which two young Kerrymen died, as an inferno.

Two young friends were killed when their car crashed in to a wall and burst in to flames in the second double tragedy to hit a rural town.
