The widow of British traffic policeman Ian Broadhurst led hundreds of mourners today at his funeral.

Hundreds of British police officers began filing into Leeds Parish Church today for the funeral of murdered traffic policemen Ian Broadhurst.

A man was appearing in court today charged with the murder of Pc Ian Broadhurst and the attempted murder of two other officers, British police said.
