The partner of a garda whistleblower who claimed he was subject to harassment and intimidation voluntarily left the home where she was living with him on three occasions, the Charleton tribunal has heard.

A garda whistleblower has denied threatening his partner during an argument and saying he would "burn her in [her] house with [her] girls and bury her", the Charleton tribunal has heard.
