The parents of a baby girl who suffered a spinal injury during a forceps-assisted delivery and died 24 years ago have questions about her end of life care.

SIX out of ten parents are failing to restrain their children before taking to the road despite the fact that a child dies every month in a car crash, a report published yesterday warned.
