Sony’s PlayStation 3 made its highly anticipated debut in Japan to long queues today, with local stores selling out of their supplies of the video game console.

Video game fans will brave the cold and stand in long lines in tomorrow to buy Sony’s PlayStation 3 in what’s certain to be a sell-out launch in Japan of the much-awaited upgrade to the popular console.
