A senior Democratic Unionist tonight rejected claims by Gerry Adams that his party did nothing to help deliver peaceful Twelfth of July Orange Order marches.

The SDLP is to meet the Northern Security Minister and the RUC Chief Constable today to demand a co-ordinated approach against loyalist attacks on nationalist homes.
