AT a recent meeting of the Executive Committee of the 1916-1921 Club a motion was unanimously passed protesting at the coming planned State visit of Queen Elizabeth.

I SUPPORT of the suggestion by Nora Comiskey (Letters, June 14) to rename Dublin Airport after Tom Clarke to coincide with the Easter Rising centenary.

I AM writing on behalf of the members of the 1916-1921 Club whose main objective is to honour and remember the dead who fought for Irish freedom and all those who worked for the same cause.
