A Nigerian woman, who claims she will be stoned to death if forced to return home, today succeeded in her 11th-hour High Court bid to halt her deportation.

JUSTICE Minister Michael McDowell will be sending a Nigerian woman to her death if he does not overturn a deportation order against her, it was claimed last night.
