A court in the Romanian capital Bucharest has issued an arrest warrant on terrorism charges for an Iraqi-American citizen who translated for three Romanian journalists who were held hostage in Iraq for nearly two months.

Landing on Romanian soil after nearly two months in captivity in Iraq, journalist Marie Jeanne Ion tugged off her yellow headscarf today and ran across the tarmac into her younger sister’s arms.
