The Cork county board and the Páirc Uí Chaoimh stadium board will jointly make three business-related appointments — the latest step in the coming together of the two bodies.

The Ulster Council will heed any lessons to be learned from the troubled Páirc Uí Chaoimh stadium project when redeveloping Casement Park and are confident the new venue will be delivered on budget, and be able to pay for itself, when it finally opens.

An International Rules test will take place between Ireland and Australia at Páirc Uí Chaoimh in November 2020.
