A MOROCCAN accused of aiding the German al-Qaida cell in planning the September 11 attacks was involved in the plot from the start, prosecutors alleged at the opening of his trial yesterday.

The second alleged September 11 terrorist to face trial anywhere appeared in court today in Hamburg, Germany.
