The Donegal County Board are making every effort to get their side’s Ulster SFC quarter-final against Tyrone on home turf in Ballybofey after announcing a refurbishment plan at Monday’s county committee meeting.

Jim McGuinness was last night ratified as Donegal's new senior football manager, after he had been nominated unopposed for the position.

DONEGAL ended their routine search for a new manager when Jim McGuinness was ratified by the clubs of the county at the monthly sitting of county convention in Ballybofey last night.
