A hairdresser accused of knocking down and killing a 70-year-old cyclist has been cleared of careless driving following a crowd-funded private prosecution.

TWO young brothers pleaded guilty yesterday to causing grievous bodily harm with intent over a “horrendous” attack on two other youngsters which has prompted inescapable comparisons with the 1993 murder of James Bulger.
