Sixty motorists accused of speeding in north Cork may be in line for a reprieve due to a recent High Court decision that they should be served with a photograph of their car at the incident.

A number of speeding summonses may have to be dismissed after a High Court ruling.

The High Court has been asked to rule whether gardaí must provide a photograph of a car when they summons its driver to the District Court for speeding.
