The state-owned Dublin Port Company (DPC) had sought orders against McQuaid O’Flanagan Warehousing and Transport Ltd and one of its directors, Mr Gerald McQuaid, including one to seize the company's property, over a failure to comply with a court order.

Dublin Port Company has claimed that a transport and warehousing firm has breached a court order by failing to vacate a site needed to deal with the impact of Brexit.
