'Footballers’ Wives' and 'Bad Girls' maker Shed Media is to buy rival TV production company Wall to Wall for up to £25m (€34.9m).

The team behind hit television show Footballers’ Wives may be about to net a multi-million pound windfall by floating their company on the stock market, it emerged today.
