Segregating the poor from the well-off has dramatic and negative impacts on the mental and physical wellbeing of the less well-off, writes Dr Catherine Conlon

Having recently expressed strong support for considerate landladies/landlords who are already subjected to a plethora of regulations and taxes, it is suggested that the imposition of new wide-ranging legislation on all property owners in order to protect tenants’ rights could lead to many of these small-scale individuals leaving the market.
