Closure of a long-running inquest into the controversial killing of a North’s pensioner has been held up by at least two weeks.

SINN FÉIN president Gerry Adams yesterday accused the British Government of doing nothing in response to revelations that members of the security services colluded with loyalist paramilitiaries to kill nationalists.

A spokesman for Relatives for Justice, which represents people whose relatives were murdered by loyalists has demanded a public inquiry into their deaths.

More than 100 people who believe their relatives were killed by loyalists in collusion with the British security services have met in Belfast to demand a full public inquiry into the killings.
