A senior Cabinet minister has said Fine Gael is “done apologising” to voters as the party moved to try and regain the political initiative after a crisis-ridden year.

FINE GAEL is reshuffling its communications team in an apparent attempt to appease Enda Kenny’s critics and boost his struggling leadership of the party.

The Fine Gael front bench are set to discuss the drop in support shown in recent opinion polls at a meeting today.
