The jury in the trial of a man accused of a fatal shooting on the Clontarf Road in 2005 has heard that four shots were fired into the passenger window of a vehicle which had tinted windows.

AN 18-year-old student who had to repeat the Leaving Cert after his 16-year-old brother died in a drowning tragedy at Parteen, near Limerick city, was “over the moon” when he opened up his results yesterday.
