MORE THAN 400 hairdressers will be twisting, spiking, knotting and chopping when the Irish Hairdressing Championships get underway in Dublin on Sunday.

There have been comments in the media recently regarding alleged abuse of the euro changeover by the hairdressing sector in order to increase their charges.
