Three people — in Cork, Offaly and Wexford — are now confirmed to have died in recent weeks after taking a rogue ecstasy batch containing a powerful amphetamine.

An inquest has heard a popular young woman died after taking PMA, the ecstasy-like drug nick-named ‘Dr Death,’ or super-ecstasy.
