Over £1m (€1.4m) in damages has been awarded to stars including Paul Gascoigne and Sadie Frost over phone hacking by Mirror Group Newspapers.

Paul Gascoigne told the High Court he “would like to trade my mobile phone in for a coffin because these guys have ruined my life. I have no life.”
