GLANBIA Plc chairman Liam Herlihy said there is “no plan B, nor can there be” regarding the sale of its Irish dairy business to Glanbia Co-op which controls over 54% of the public company.

GLANBIA Co-op is expected to announce details of a possible €400 million offer for the Irish business of Glanbia Plc next Tuesday.
