Actor Shia LaBeouf hit the Berlin Film Festival in memorable style, first walking out of a press conference for the film Nymphomaniac Volume I and then wearing a paper bag over his head at the red carpet premiere.

It’s not often a remake of a much loved film betters the original but here the Coens have not only bettered the John Wayne yarn of 1969 – for which he won his Academy Award (without in truth deserving it) – but shown it for what it really was: hardly a classic but a decent journeyman Western.

Michael Douglas' 'Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps' co-star Shia LaBoeuf has said that the acting legend is "strong enough to beat the disease" and "doesn’t need pity from anyone".
