A car linked to an alleged tiger kidnapper was spotted by gardaí near the scene of the crime shortly beforehand, a trial has heard.

A garda told an inquest yesterday that “reasonable” force was used to restrain a naked man who had a stress-related heart attack after being handcuffed.
