A baby boy born 10 weeks premature who has been at the centre of a court battle will now be cared for by his parents after a judge yesterday refused an application from the Child and Family Agency to have him placed in foster care.

The mother of a baby born 10 weeks prematurely, who the new Child and Family Agency wants to place in foster care, has claimed she reversed her decision to have the child in Dublin after witnessing an expectant mother and her partner inject heroin in a hospital.
