Ireland’s youngest ever heart transplant recipient, now a father of two, says organ donors are not just saving one life, they are helping to create ones.

Sixteen-year-old Dearbhail McNamara from Westport secured European Senior Championships qualification as she took the 200m breaststroke title at the Irish National Championships at Abbotstown yesterday.
