The brother of a woman killed in the Cardiff hit-and-run rampage today paid tribute to her as a heroine who sacrificed her own life to save her children.

Detectives in Wales who are investigating a hit-and-run rampage in which a mother of a disabled child was killed, are appealing for information about a mystery car seen driving on the wrong side of the road shortly before the crashes.
