Striking staff at Musgrave’s chill warehouse in Cork rejected company calls to return to work last night and vowed to continue their dispute indefinitely.

Production was hit yesterday at two Irish Cement plants as a results of official union-backed pickets at Castlemungret in Co Limerick and Platin in Co Meath.
