A GARDA found guilty of threatening and abusive behaviour will escape a criminal conviction if he makes a charitable donation of €250.

A 15-year-old boy was served with a book of evidence today and sent forward for trial to the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for possessing a loaded semi-automatic hand gun and nearly €2,000 worth of cocaine and heroin.
