A couple have withdrawn their legal action claiming a pony they bought for their daughter for €67,000 to compete in show jumping refused to jump.

A pony, purchased for €67,000 by parents for their teenage daughter to take part in showjumping competitions, refused to jump and was not safe, it was claimed in the High Court.
