A hotel worker accused of murdering Michaela McAreavey called for a doctor when the honeymooner’s body was discovered, his trial in Mauritius has heard.

POLICE inspector Ranjit Jokhoo never suspected John McAreavey after the death of his wife Michaela during their honeymoon in Mauritius in January, it emerged yesterday.
