GARDAÍ have launched an investigation into the death of a 59-year-old man who was killed after the car he was driving collided with a lorry.

GARDAÍ are appealing for witnesses to an horrific head-on-crash which claimed the life of a 46-year-old soldier yesterday morning.

A verdict of unlawful killing has been recorded for another Harold Shipman patient .
