TOM KRISTENSEN admitted his record breaking seventh Le Mans 24 Hours victory yesterday was his greatest win to date.

Denmark’s Tom Kristensen created motor racing history this afternoon as he notched up a record-breaking seventh victory in the Le Mans 24 Hours.

The Champion Audi shared by JJ Lehto, Marco Werner and Tom Kristensen took advantage of several incidents and a safety car to take charge of the Le Mans 24 Hours after four hours.

Ex-Formula One driver Johnny Herbert will return to the United States after being drafted into the Champion Audi squad.
