A woman accusing Beyonce Knowles of stealing the lyrics for her hit 'Baby Boy' has taken her case to a US appeals court.

A US judge has dismissed a copyright infringement lawsuit filed against pop star Beyoncé.

Beyonce is being sued by a singer-songwriter who claims that her song Baby Boy is stolen from a track she wrote several months beforehand.
