A Pennsylvania woman who called herself “Jihad Jane” online and plotted to kill a Swedish artist has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after telling a judge she was once obsessed with jihad.

The Pennsylvania woman who called herself Jihad Jane and a teenage accomplice from Maryland provided “very significant” assistance to US authorities in several terrorism investigations, but still remain a threat to the public, prosecutors say in new court filings.
