An Australian coroner today criticised Nu-metal band Limp Bizkit and the organisers of an open-air music festival over the death of a teenage fan caught in a crush at the event.

Limp Bizkit's tour manager told an inquest today that concert organisers are to blame for the death of a 15-year old fan.

Fred Durst has offered to testify via a video link at the inquest into a young fan's death at a concert.
