LEINSTER powered through their last Heineken Cup Pool 2 battle with a thrilling victory over Racing Metro at Stade Yves du Manoir last night to secure a coveted home draw in the quarter-finals in April.

JOE SCHMIDT’S European euphoria was dampened last night by confirmation that Leinster will travel to Saturday’s clash against Saracens at Wembley without hamstrung Brian O’Driscoll.

Out-half Jonathan Sexton will start for Leinster against Racing-Metro in Pool 2 of the Heineken Cup at The RDS tomorrow afternoon (1.30pm).
