A JURY has found Salvadoran immigrant Ingmar Guandique guilty of murdering Washington intern Chandra Levy back in 2001, when her disappearance became a sensation in the US.

A SALVADORAN immigrant convicted of attacking two women in the park where Chandra Levy’s remains were found was expected to be arrested in the next few days in the former intern’s killing, a source close to the investigation said.

Family and friends of Washington intern Chandra Levy were today mourning her loss and celebrating her life at a memorial service in California.
